Jeffrey is an entrepreneurial new-media visionary with a successful track record of building profitable online consumer brands by artfully combining commerce and community. His leadership and vision are the driving force behind Shutterfly's industry-leading transformation from an online photofinisher into a personal publishing and social expression platform. Jeffrey leads a talented executive team whose focus is on growing the company's global customer base and developing robust technology platforms that make it easy for tens of millions of consumers to use Shutterfly Inc. products and services to tell their story and share life's joy.

Previously, Jeffrey was Vice President of Business Development & Internet Marketing at eBay, where he managed customer acquisition and retention. At eBay he also held positions as Vice President & General Manager of its Business-to-Consumer Group and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. Formerly, Jeffrey held senior management positions with AltaVista, including Vice President & General Manager, and was the Chief Operating Officer of Raging Bull, the award-winning community finance portal. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development at WinStar Communications and as Manager and Co-founder of Accenture's Media & Entertainment Strategy Group.

Jeffrey earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Dean's Fellow. Jeffrey earned his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was an Andrew Carnegie Presidential Scholar and graduated with High Honors.

Jeffrey serves on the Board of Directors of Shutterfly, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFLY), Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ:CZR), the world's largest casino entertainment company, Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN), the leading online marketplace for local deals, and Chegg (NYSE:CHGG), the online student hub. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Carnegie Mellon University and serves as a special industry advisor to KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE:KKR). Jeffrey has formerly served on the Board of Directors of several leading venture backed companies including Touch Commerce, There Inc., Digital Chocolate and Clover. He has also served as a Board of Director on the nationally recognized Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose.

Jeffrey is the co-author of The Shutterfly Guide to Great Digital Photos, an instructional book published by McGraw-Hill on the essentials of digital photography and managing images. He is an avid photographer with his Canon 5D Mark III, and spends his weekends capturing the special moments created by his wife and their three sons.

Brian Regan is Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing all aspects of financial activities, including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, customer insights and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, tax, treasury and legal. Brian brings an accomplished track record to Shutterfly, Inc., with more than 19 years of finance experience at several high-profile Internet-based companies.

Brian joined Shutterfly, Inc. from Wize Commerce/Nextag, where he served as CFO of the global digital marketing and online commerce leader. Prior to Nextag, Brian was EVP and CFO of Ticketmaster Entertainment, where he led global financial operations for the world's leading live entertainment ticketing and artist management company in 20 global markets. Brian also held finance leadership positions at LendingTree and later Expedia, Inc., where he last served as SVP Finance overseeing Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Hotwire, and TripAdvisor.

Brian began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University. In his free time, Brian enjoys staying active with his wife and their three boys, attending live sporting events (professional and his sons' teams), and improving his below-average golf game.

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dan McCormick is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the P&L of Shutterfly's family of brands: Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas, Treat and ThisLife. He is responsible for establishing product and service business strategies and cross-functional operating plans, as well as driving the revenue and profitability performance of the brands.

Prior to joining Shutterfly, Dan was Director of Product Marketing for Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP). With more than 20 years of experience in general management, strategy, operations and finance, Dan held numerous senior management positions with Network Appliance including Director of Corporate Development, where he led the company's mergers and acquisitions and strategic investment areas, as well as Director of Finance, with responsibilities for strategic finance and investor relations.

Prior to his tenure with Network Appliance, Dan served media, entertainment and retail clients as a Senior Analyst in the Strategy Group at Accenture (NYSE: ACN).

Dan earned his MBA from Harvard University and his BS degree from Babson College.

Dwayne Black is Senior Vice President of Operations. Dwayne is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Shutterfly, Inc. manufacturing, global order fulfillment and customer service operations in both its state-of-the-art Charlotte, NC, and Phoenix, AZ, manufacturing facilities. An experienced leader in digital printing, Dwayne brings more than 20 years of operations and logistics expertise, with experience opening and restructuring twelve manufacturing and distribution facilities domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Shutterfly, Inc., Dwayne served as Vice President of Operations with the Banta Corporation, a leading provider of printing and digital imaging solutions to publishers and direct marketers owned by RR Donnelley (NYSE: RRD), where he was most recently responsible for the strategic direction and management of five manufacturing facilities. Throughout his 12-year tenure with Banta, where his clients included many Fortune 500 companies, Dwayne held various leadership positions within Banta's Literature Management Group, Packaging & Fulfillment Group and Book Group.

Before joining Banta, Dwayne was the Logistics Manager with Porcher Ltd., a division of American Standard, Inc. He has also held management positions for other consumer products companies including Imperial Wallcoverings and Banner Foods.

John Boris is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for marketing efforts including brand and customer marketing, customer acquisition and retention, business development, creative services, market research and corporate communications across the Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas and Treat brands. John brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, brand communications and strategic business development to his role.

John joined Shutterfly, Inc. from Lonely Planet where he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, overseeing all facets of the business for Lonely Planet Americas, including marketing, retail sales, B2B, and global mobile product development. Prior to Lonely Planet, John was Senior Vice President at Zagat Survey, where he managed the marketing organization, online and mobile services, customer service and production. He also led re-branding efforts and commercial aspects of Zagat interactive properties.

John also held leadership positions at 1-800 Flowers.com and FreshDirect, Inc. where the company was recognized as Marketer of the Year from The Direct Marketing Association and he was nominated for BrandWeek's Top 40 Under 40.

John earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has a BA in American Studies from Middlebury College. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and children, sailing (he is a former professional charter boat captain), following his favorite New York sports teams, being outdoors and of course taking countless photos of his family.

Gautam Srivastava is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for all aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee development and relations, information systems, real estate, and employment branding. He also oversees the efforts of the Shutterfly Foundation.

Gautam brings to Shutterfly extensive leadership experience in human resources, as well as in general management. Prior to joining Shutterfly, Gautam was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Marketing for LSI Corp. Prior to LSI, he held numerous leadership roles at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., including Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Managing Director, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan; Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Chief of Staff to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer; and Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Earlier in his career, he served as a principal at Mercer Human Resources Consulting and held human resources, finance, and business development positions at several start-ups.

Gautam earned his BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He's an adoring husband and father of two boys and appreciates his luck every day.

40-year veteran of global consumer marketing, Philip Marineau served as President and CEO of Levi Strauss, & Co from 1999 to 2006. Marineau's prestigious career in consumer branding and marketing also includes that of president and chief executive officer of Pepsi-Cola North America, and as president and chief operating officer of Dean Foods Company. Prior to Dean Foods, Mr. Marineau was president and chief operating officer of Quaker Oats Company, where during his 23-year career, he held progressively influential positions, culminating with worldwide responsibility for the company and its brands including Gatorade, which he is credited with growing to over a $1 billion dollar global powerhouse. Marineau is also on the board of Kaiser Permanente where he chairs the Finance and Compensation committees.

Since October 2008, Mr. Marineau has served as Partner at LNK Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Marineau currently chairs the audit committee for Meredith Corporation and also holds a board position at Georgetown University.

Mr. Marineau earned his MBA at Northwestern University and his BA at Georgetown University.

Eric Keller served as the chief operating officer of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, from 2008 to 2014. Previously he was CEO of Movaris, a private software company providing a suite of financial governance applications. Before Movaris, Keller served as chief financial officer for application service provider Corio, business communications company Aspect Communications, medical device manufacturer Ventritex and scientific instrument firm Dionex. In 2006, Keller was named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury & Risk Magazine. He holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to WorldWinner, Mr. Killeen served as president of TerraLycos, the world's fourth-largest online media property. Mr. Killeen was previously president and director of Marketing Services Group. Before joining Marketing Services Group, Mr. Killeen was president and chief executive officer of Raging Bull, where he grew the Company's market capitalization from $2 million to an eventual sale to AltaVista for more than $250 million.

Mr. Killeen has extensive experience in the financial services sector, where he held several executive management positions and was a pioneer in the online brokerage industry first with PCFN (which eventually became DLJdirect) and Fidelity.

He has served on multiple private and public company boards including Switchboard, Lycos Europe, Molecular and Marketing Services Group, Junior Achievement of New England, and was a member of The Secretary of Commerce's Task Force on Privacy.

A finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year® Awards for New England, Mr. Killeen led two companies that received Deloitte & Touche's Fast 50 Award and was named a "Leader of the Internet Economy" by the Industry Standard.

A Managing Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures since 1993, Ms. Schoendorf has over 30 years of industry experience in a variety of engineering and executive positions. Her investment focus is in the areas of software and services.

Prior to joining MDV, Schoendorf spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard where she ran operating systems projects including HP-UX and its real-time extensions as engineering section manager. She later joined Software Publishing Corp. (SPCO), creator of Harvard Graphics, serving as an officer and vice president of R&D and product development. Following that assignment, she managed the development of the Solaris kernel and operating system as director of systems software development at Sun Microsystems.

In addition to Shutterfly, Inc. some of Schoendorf's investments include Actuate, Agile, Brickstream, Broadbase, Carrier IQ, Concept Shopping, Datasweep, Freshwater Software, Onvia, Infusion Software, Genius.com, Panasas and DS-IQ.

Schoendorf earned a BA with distinction in computer science and mathematics from Iowa State University and an MBA with honors from the University of Santa Clara.

Brian Swette has more than 25 years of international marketing, strategy, and general management experience helping consumer-oriented companies scale their business. In addition to Shutterfly, Inc., Swette currently serves on the board of directors for Jamba Juice, CBL Partners, FRS Company and Care.com.

Mr. Swette has served on the board of Burger King since 2003 and became Non-Executive Chairman in 2006. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of eBay, Swette oversaw its international expansion, marketing and customer support that made eBay the most successful e-commerce site on the Internet. Swette was instrumental in expanding eBay into new product categories and his addition of used cars turned eBay into the country's biggest car dealer. During his time at eBay, Swette helped to establish the eBay brand by focusing on the unique relationships that the company built with its users and the sense of community created by the eBay Web site. Prior to eBay, Swette was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsi-Cola. Swette is a Trustee of Arizona State University, Endeavor.org and The Global Institute of Sustainability.

Mr. Swette holds a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University.

White joined Sutter Hill Ventures in 2000 from Macromedia Inc. In his years with Macromedia he held the position of VP of Marketing and then GM of the Interactive Learning Division which was sold to IBM Software Group. Prior to Macromedia, White was a VP of Marketing for Silicon Graphics. In his eight years at SGI he helped to start and build their $1.5B 3D graphics workstation business. White began his career with the Hewlett-Packard Company in the PC division and was part of the core team that created the Vectra Product line, spending time in engineering, sales and product marketing.

White earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Prior to joining Liberty Media in 2003, Mr. Zeisser was a partner at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he co-founded and led McKinsey's Internet Practice, in addition to being a member of the firm's Media & Entertainment and Private Equity practices. Mr. Zeisser was one of McKinsey's leading experts on internet businesses and digital transition strategies in the consumer media, advertising, travel, and packaged goods industries.

Mr. Zeisser has previously served on the boards of Trip Advisor (Nasdaq:TRIP), IAC/InterActiveCorp. (Nasdaq:IACI), QVC Inc, GSN - The Network for Games, and Sling Media. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado, and the Media Advisory Group of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Ann Mather is a member of the Board of Directors for Google; Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games; MGM Holdings Inc., a motion picture and television production and distribution company; Netflix, Inc., an internet subscription service for movies and television shows; and Solazyme, Inc., a renewable oil and bioproducts company. Ann has also been an independent trustee to the Dodge & Cox Funds board of trustees since May 2011. From 1999 to 2004, Ann was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pixar, a computer animation studio. Prior to Pixar, Ann held senior financial executive positions with Village Roadshow and with Disney. Ann holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University in England and is a chartered accountant.
