Wood, former CEO of Sevant, Inc., will be responsible for managing the company’s growth, strategic direction and taking the company to profitability. Andy Wood is replacing interim CEO Dave Bagshaw.

As CEO of EXEL Logistics, launched the North American business and successfully steered the company’s revenue growth to $500 million in four years.
